In this lesson students analyse texture, light and repetition while exploring the art style of Pointillism and works by Pascale Malilo. Students will learn about the technique of picotage and create a textured surface on card using pins. Students will draw a design of an insect and recreate this using the skills they have learnt in picotage and display their artwork using the element of light.
