In this lesson students will explore how they can combine paint sticks, acrylic paint, markers and paint pens to create a multi layered artwork. Through this process, students will explore the art elements of shape, colour and line as well as the art principles of balance, space and pattern and repetition. The students will also learn and practise the processes and techniques of reverse painting, painting a background first, then covering it to reveal their subject.
