In this lesson students will learn observational drawing techniques inspired by Margaret Olley’s artworks. They will observe a simple still life subject, such as a pear, to create their artwork. They will add tone by using different liquid tone approaches to add light and shadow to their drawings. These lessons develop the students understanding of tone and form.
